PESHAWAR: Additional District and Session Judge (AD&SJ) Nasrullah Khan has granted bail to alleged murderer involved in famous Kabar killing case, on Wednesday.
According to prosecution, Arshad alleged killed Zahid over family dispute in the premises Jabar police station on 27 June 2023.
However, the counsel Khalid Mohmand and Atta ur Rehman advocates informed that the offense was committed at night while no eye witness is available against the petitioner and requested for bail. The counsel added initial evidences are also contradictory. AD&SJ Nasrullah granted bail to alleged murderer after conclusion of arguments.
