KABUL: Soldier of Afghan National Army (ANA) deployed in Baghlan-i-Markazi district in Baghlan province reportedly defected to Taliban.
Security forces confirmed that ANA soldier took three weapons with him and turn to Taliban and join them. The soldier was from 209 Shaheen Military Corps and joined Taliban fighters group in Jarkhashak area in the same district.
The ANA soldier is a resident of Sar-e-Pul province, however the local officials have not yet commented and nor the Taliban group.
