Afghanistan’s embassy in Beijing starts distributing passports

KABUL (Ariana News): The Embassy of the Islamic Emirate in Beijing said Monday in a post on X that the distribution of passports to Afghans residing in China has started.
According to the embassy, Afghans in the country who are in need of passports can also now apply for the travel document directly through the embassy. Asadullah Bilal Karimi is the ambassador of the Islamic Emirate in China. His credentials were accepted by Chinese President Xi Jinping last week. China, like other countries, does not recognize the Islamic Emirate, but has handed over the Afghan embassy in Beijing to the Islamic Emirate.
