PESHAWAR: The Child protection court Peshawar has convicted rapist for seven year imprisonment along with Rs.1 million fine, on Friday.
According to prosecution, the rapist resident of Punjab living in Tahkal area of Peshawar has raped minor resident of Jahangirabad in the premises of Tahkal police station.
Police has registered First Information Report on complaint of victim mother on 1 April 2019 under 377 section of Pakistan Penal Code.
After conclusion of trial honorable court has convicted rapist for seven year imprisonment along with Rs.1 million as evidence and witnesses established offense against the culprit.
The honorable has included time in jail as imprisonment under 382B while culprit will face more imprisonment in case of failure in submission of fine.
