PESHAWAR: Additional District and Session Judge Peshawar Tahir Aurangzeb had rejected interim bail of five culprits allegedly involved in dual murder case at Deans Trade Center, on Wednesday.
According to prosecution alleged culprits Junaid, Muhammad Rehman, Former Senator Abdur Razaq owners, operational manger Deans Trade Center Rizwan and Nasru Manallah resident of Hazarkhwani had killed two persons over electricity bill dispute.
It is important to mention that video of the incident was got viral on social media after that West police station nominated them in First Information Report.
The alleged culprits had applied for interim bail to protect themselves from arrest but it was turn downed by Additional District and Session Judge Peshawar Tahir Aurangzeb.
Moreover, the alleged culprits did not appeared before the honorable court.
