PESHAWAR: The two-member bench comprising of Chief Justice Peshawar High Court Justice Qaiser Rashid and Justice Syed Arshad Ali stopped Public Health Engineering from recovery from retired employee, on Thursday.
The counsel for petitioner informed that in one inquiry had exempted from allegations, however after retirement of petitioner namely Asif Farooq another inquiry was initiated and recovery has been making in light of that inquiry.
The two-member of PHC comprising of Justice Qaiser Rashid and Syed Arshad Ali directed Secretary Public Health Engineering to submit comments in this regard.
