PHC extends Amir Muqam BBA till 25th

PESHAWAR: The two member bench of Peshawar High Court comprising of Justice Ibrahim Khan and Justice Ishtiaq Ibrahim extended Bail Before Arrest (BBA) of Amir Muqam in assets beyond known resources till 25 August, on Thursday.
PML (N) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa president Amir Muqam was appeared before PHC seeking BBA to stop National Accountability Bureau (NAB) from arrest during inquiry. It is worthy to note that NAB Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has initiated inquiry against Amir Muqam in assets beyond known resources.
Muqam claimed that government has not plan for development and added that is busy in political victimization while talking to media personnel after appearance before court.
Engineer Amir Muqam claimed that only PML(N) leaders are facing proceedings and inquires on political differences with the government. He claimed that there is no grouping among PML(N) and narrative of Nawaz Sharif is party’s narrative.
He claimed that no one can separate Nawaz and Shahbaz Sharif and added that party is united under the leadership of both brothers. He claimed that Kashmir’s election was rehearsal of previous election.
