PHC grants bail to two killers allegedly involved in patricide

PESHAWAR: Justice Lal Jan Khattak of Peshawar High Court has granted bail to two brothers allegedly involved in patricide, on Monday.

According to prosecution the petitioner Asfandyar and Shahryar Khan has killed their father Ahmad Yar in the premises of Umarzai police station because the deceased had disowned his sons.

Police has registered First Information Report against Shahzad has opened fire while Asfandyar and Shehryar had accompanied him on complaint of Muhammad Amir.
The counsel Saifullah Cheena Advocate argued prosecution did not established role of petitioners in the murders case while police has also failed to produce strong evidence before court and no witnesses has recorded of the offense.

After conclusion of arguments PHC has granted bail to alleged murderers involved in patricide.

PHC grants bail to alleged smuggler

A single member bench of Peshawar High Court has granted bail to alleged smuggler who was arrested by Mashti Mela police station, on Monday.

The counsel Sanaullah Orakzai Advocate informed that police has arrested Aqib along with others and recovered 25 kilograms hashish and Ice-drug each from secrete cavities of vehicle.

The counsel Sanaullah Advocate argued that the petitioner was sitting on front-seat and has no links and relations with driver of the vehicle.

After conclusion of arguments PHC has granted bail to alleged smuggler and ordered his release.
