Islamabad: Pakistan Peoples Party is the power of labor force and vice versa. This was said in a message on the eve of International Labor Day (1st May) by former President of Pakistan and President Pakistan Peoples Parliamentarians Asif Ali Zardari.
In a message, he said that PPP will continue to protect the rights of the labor. PPP had initiated Benazir Employees Stock Option Scheme so that the labor force could also hold a share of the factory where they were employed. However, the so called claimant of change has usurped 28 billion rupees of the labor force.
Former President said that justice with the labor force is the guarantee of the development of the country. He said that a certain mindset hates labor force but the time will change and justice will be done to the labor force in the country and their rights will be given to them. He asked laborers to support Bilawal Bhutto Zardari so that he can put a stop to the exploitation of the labor force, he concluded.
