PTI Govt works on good governance across KP: CM

F.P. Report

PESHAWAR: Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Pervez Khattak Wednesday said his government worked on governance related issues promoting merit based decision making, giving justice to the deserving and ensuring accessibility to the social sector services without any hindrance throughout the province.

These remarks he made while welcoming Haji Farman a hardcore political worker of QWP district Charsadda to the fold of PTI in a simple event at Chief Minister House Peshawar. Fazal Muhammad Khan and others were also present.

Pervez Khattak said his team in the province worked on replacing the undeliverable system of governance with an effective and deliverable system as per the vision of his leader Imran Khan, the Chairman of PTI. His four years rule in the province was replete with the efforts for the public welfare that enhanced the popularity graph of PTI, he added.

The Chief Minister said that it was the manifesto of PTI to serve the people without any political or regional considerations. Before his government there was a strange governance system, the entire public sector institutions were politicized and were not delivering, he recalled.

He reminded the legislations done by PTI government for elimination of corruption and making the services and whole delivery time bound. The difference between today policing and the policing of the past was visible, he added.

Pervez Khattak vehemently assured not to use institutions for political objectives. The present system of governance was a transparent one that concentrated around the service of the man in the street that was the main reason the people kept on joining PTI en mass, he concluded.
