PESHAWAR: A petition has been filed in a Local Family Court of Peshawar against a TikTok Daddy for maintenance of wife and children and for custody of minors.
He has contracted 4 marriages and is having 13 children. 5 from 1st, 5 from 2nd and 3 from his 3rd wife and recently got married to a 4th wife. Whereas he have divorce two wives before these 4 marriages.
The petitions have been filed through counsels Saifullah Muhib Kakakhel and Mehwish Muhib Kakakhel, advocates High Court. He after marrying women neither maintains them nor their children except those who makes TikTok videos just like him. Two children have opted to make TikTok videos with him, he made them leave studies and focus on Tiktok only. His account on TikTok has 114k followers.
The irony of the fate is that his name resembles the chocolate hero of Pakistan Waheed Murad. As people say that name has a great influence in the personality of a person which can be seen in this case.
The grievance being his 3rd wife is that he is not maintaining her and her children. He beats her for sending her kids to school.
Because of the same reason he took away his 7 years old son with him and has made him a TikTok son by indulging him in making videos.
His academic and religious education has been stopped by him.
He has also taken son of the petitioner from her 1st husband in his custody due to the fear of her sons being in the custody of the TiKTok daddy she wont be able to leave him in any case. She prayed before the court in two different petitions
1. That she along with her children may be maintained
2. That custody of the two 7 years old children may be granted to her so that she may put them back in school and Madrassah.
The family Judge, Peshawar, Mr. Samiullah issued noticed to the Tik Tok Daddy for his appearance on April 02, 2020.
