KHAIRPUR: Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) leader Manzoor Wassan said Friday that the government would end its term on Wednesday and the caretaker setup would stay beyond February 2024.

Manzoor Wassan told the media in Khairpur about the new dream he saw. “The dream is good for Pakistan. I cannot say whether it will be good for the people or not,” he stated. “The Secret Act is not in the interest of people. There should be no bill that affects people,” he said.

“The Grand Democratic Alliance (GDA) has been disintegrated. Those who have been left in the party will join either Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) or Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N),” he claimed. “We are ready to die for Pakistan,” he declared and supported the announcement of the caretaker government of Punjab. Manzoor Wassan expressed these thoughts on the occasion of the inauguration of various projects in Kot Diji, Khairpur. (PPI)
