PESHAWAR: The two-member bench comprising of Chief Justice Peshawar High Court Justice Qaiser Rashid and Justice Attique Shah granted more time to Khyber police produce abductee, on Thursday.
AAG Sikandar Hayat informed PHC that abductee namely Sahib son of Roman Shah was not during raid.
SHO Landi Kotal area of Khyber district appeared before PHC and requested court for granting more time for producing abductee. The two-member bench of Chief Justice PHC Justice Qaiser Rashid and Justice Attique granted more time to police and adjourned further hearing till 10 June.
