Indian spy and his Pakistani facilitator arrested in Karachi

KARACHI: Karachi’s District City Police and an intelligence agency, in a joint operation, have arrested an Indian spy and his Pakistani facilitator, on Wednesday. 

Those taken into custody are Akhal Dev and Zahoor Ahmad.

According to SSP Arif Aziz, two Indian passports, one pistol along with rounds, Iranian currency notes, a jewellery box, six mobile phones, a tablet and some papers had been recovered from the men, who had been arrested from the jurisdiction of Kalakot police station.

The SSP claimed that Dev was an Indian national, who was spying on Pakistan’s key sites and buildings.

The SSP said both suspects were being questioned and they were expected to make some startling revelations.

He told that raids were being conducted for the arrest of their accomplices.
